Ordering address labels

You can order pre-printed address labels from PostNord to send in your paper copies.

Go to PostNord's website via the link below and select the number of labels and duty library.

Please note the following
  • The pre-printed address labels are valid for 60 days from the date of printing.
  • To order address labels, you need to have an organization number. If you don't have a company registration number, you need to use the reply-to-mail option for parcels under 2 kg.
  • The delivery address is the address shown as the sender on the address label.
  • The postal address is where the address labels are sent.
  • The delivery address and the postal address can be the same.

Book pick-up of parcels

Once you have received the address labels, you can also book the collection of parcels from PostNord. The service is called Postnord Parcel, it is free and is a door-to-door service.
