In Nya Lundstedt Dagstidningar (NLD) you can search for facts about Swedish newspapers. It describes the entire Swedish daily press from 1900 onwards. In NLD you can find information such as titles for a specific year, political tendency, publication period or place of printing. The service is updated every month with new information for the newspapers that the National library receives from the printers.

How to search

You can either start with ready-made questions or formulate your own in a search form. From the ready-made questions, you can find newspaper titles sorted by, for example, publisher, editor and start date.

You can either view the description of an individual newspaper or a specific category for all newspapers, for example all periodical supplements in 1985.
