Research Department
Areas of responsibility
The purpose of the Research Department is to promote awareness of the National Library's collections and serve as a scientific resource for National Library users.
The department is an active participant in several research environments, providing a natural forum to link researchers using the National Library's services and the authority itself and implementing different types of research activities, from publications to large conferences.
The department's staff is committed to research and functions as a resource for promoting knowledge development within the National Library.
