The International Coalition of Library Consortia (ICOLC) has issued a statement that has been signed by the Bibsam consortium, along with approximately 80 consortia all over the world.

In brief, the statement urges publishers to make relevant content Open Access until further notice, as well as remove user limits. In addition to this, publishers are asked to be flexible when it comes to renewals and payments, and to consider delays in planned increases of the current prices.
