What are the delivery time for the Reproduction Services?

The delivery time depends on which type of reproduction you need and the extent of the order. Basic reproduction (on paper or pdf-file) will normally take around 5 working days, while digital files for professional printing can take up to 10 working days.

Copies, basic quality (paper or pdf-file)

5 working days. In busy periods it can take up to 10 working days.

Photographs (jpeg-files)

10 working days, from the date the staff receive a request, not the date when the order was placed.

Digital files, for professional printing (tiff-files)

10 working days, from the day the staff receive a request, not from the date when the order was placed.

Express orders (maximum 5 reproductions)

1–3 working days.

Large orders (e.g. whole books)

By agreement with staff.
