E-books

The National Library acquires e-books from certain Swedish publishing houses and other publishers.

Currently, the National Library accepts deposits of e-books from the Swedish e-book producer and distributor eLib and a few smaller publishers. The National Library is making preparations to accept deposits of digital material to a greater extent. Read about the Digital Deposit Project.

Searching for and Reading E-books

Use our online catalog Regina and search with: "Refkb ebok".

You are welcome to read e-books here at the National Library on a special computer in the Catalog Room. 

You also have access to e-books and other electronic materials via the databases provided by the National Library.
